Vinik, a family winery in Vrsac, Serbia, seeks a committed operator to continue its family tradition and develop the business. We offer two cooperation models: a long-term lease with monthly rent, or an operating partnership with agreed profit sharing. Ownership of the winery is not offered for sale. Terms and pricing are negotiable. The scope of premises, equipment and brand use, together with any investment commitments, will be agreed individually. We welcome wine producers, distributors, hospitality entrepreneurs and investors with an appropriate operating team.
